We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery and bags once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
Returns are not valid on discounted merchandise.
